One large room with a private bathroom and balcony

Our room offers one queen and two single beds. (Max 4 persons)

Facilities: Air conditioner, Free Wifi, TV, Fridge and a small kitchen. 

Renting Rules & Regulations 

• Maintain cleanliness in the room, balcony and in the bathroom.
• Do not throw things or garbage down the balcony.
• Do not place food or drinks on the bed. 
• No smoking in the room. Smoking is allowed in the balcony.  
• Smoking or taking drugs of any kind is not allowed!
• Turn off electrical appliances when not in the room.

Chiang Mai City

Our house has two floors, two bedrooms with big beds, two privat showers, three toilets, a small kitchen, a fridge, a kettle, a washing machine,  two parking slots, a small garden, free wifi and 24 hours security in front of the village. It is quiet in the village.

Country Complex Tower C Bangkok Bangna

Our room is located on the 10th floor of the 12th floor building. Our room has one big bed, a balcony, one privat shower and toilet, one fridge, a washing machine, and a kettle. Our building has free parking slots, a swimming pool, free wifi, a fitness studio and a sauna. There is a seven-eleven nearby.

Rates are for max. 6 persons. 

Less than 6 persons, sharing rooms are available. Sharing rooms and deposit are different conditions. 

Sharing Rooms: 

The second floor has 2 sleeping rooms with privat showers and a toilet in each room. If the different groups share the house, the information of each group should be provided to each other.

Transportation: Jomtien Beach

At the airport, there are lots of taxis and rent-a-car services. 

From Bangkok airport to our room: it costs around 2,000 or 3,000 Baht. It depends on car type. 

There is an airport near Jomtien Beach, U-tapao Rayong Pattaya International Airport. Please check the internet, to get more details. But we recommend the travel by car or taxi from Bangkok Airport, because it is an easier way.

Chiang Mai City

The house is located near Chiang Mai airport. The transportation fees are around 300 Baht or more depending on the type of car. In Chiang Mai city it is recommended to use the taxi.

Country Complex Tower C Bangkok Bangna

Our place in Bangkok, Bangna is not far from the Suvarnbhumi airport. It is also not far from skytrain stations (BTS): Bangna Station and Behring Station. There are many taxis nearby. There are department stores nearby: Central Department Store, Big C Supermarket and Mega Bangna.
